More than a year has passed since Vladimir Putin's attack on Ukraine on February 24, 2022, in violation of international law, the event asks and discusses the questions:
What impact has the war had on German domestic and foreign policy? What impact on the development of the European Union and NATO? Does the war represent a caesura for the European community of values?
