Team Strength & Personnel Development

Activities within the scope of Transboundary Learning focus on the objective of transboundary learning, which crosses state, disciplinary, on/off campus, and age group boundaries, as well as the divide between in-person and digital learning. They take a dynamic approach to teaching, tutoring, and training. Core teaching activities are strongly interlinked with the BA and MA EUS and are continuously adapted to students' needs, applying a feedback-based curriculum development strategy. Early career scholars will gain vocational training experience (by being actively tutored), which they will then deliver to civil servants. An international lecture series will bring together early career scholars and enhance teaching diversity at the OVGU and beyond. A proactive internationalisation strategy will promote student mobility and knowledge transfer between partner universities and programmes.
